Read moreVery tricky, and not worth the price. Classes are only 30 minutes with no prior warm-up before the pool. Kids come in and go straight into the water. They also claim to have a heated pool, but they don't; the water is very cold. Also, if you pay for the month, you only have a chance to miss one class. If you miss more than one, you cannot retake the class, meaning you lose your money. So even if you paid for it, you cannot take the class because you are not scheduled for the next month. This means that if you didn't pay for the next month and you missed more than one class, you cannot retake it, even though you paid for it, and there is no reimbursement. Read moreThe place is nice, clean, and very convenient for us. My daughter absolutely loves her teacher, Martina she’s amazing! 🩵 However, it’s really disappointing how poor the customer service is. The front desk staff are always so difficult to deal with. There’s always a problem when trying to book a class. If you call, they just say you have to do it through the app , but the app has issues and often doesn’t work properly. Even when there’s an open spot in a class, they still won’t let you book it over the phone. Every time I try to get help, the answer is just “no.” It really feels like they don’t want to help clients or make things easier for us. It’s sad because the instructors are wonderful, but the bad customer service makes the whole experience frustrating and that’s how good businesses lose...
