I had a very disappointing first experience trying out one of the workout classes led by Mares Ospina. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was off-putting. As someone who was new to the class, I expected a welcoming environment and some guidance—but instead, I was met with sarcasm and impatience.
She started the class by saying, “I try to be in a good mood today, but you guys make it harder to be,” which is wildly unprofessional and completely inappropriate for an instructor. We come to these classes to relieve stress and feel good, not to be made to feel like a burden.
When I struggled to follow the rhythm at the beginning (as any first-timer might), instead of helping me, she snapped and made me feel completely unwelcome. It’s the first time I’ve ever been treated with such disrespect in a fitness setting.
This gym should seriously reconsider having her represent them. Instructors should be patient, encouraging, and supportive—not projecting their personal frustrations onto students. I left the class immediately and won’t return unless there’s a clear change. No one deserves to be mistreated just for a...
Read moreTotally not worth it. I recently moved to Miami from Europe, where we had amazing workout studios, so I had high expectations. I’m not a beginner—I’ve been training for a while and know my body well.
This class was $50, and honestly, it just wasn’t worth it. The trainer, Anabelen, was extremely rude. At one point, I decided to skip one of two exercises because the machine was hurting my knee. When I explained this to her, she said with attitude, “Okay, so you do whatever you want.”
Everyone’s body is different, and when you’re paying premium prices, you expect a trainer with experience to understand that. A good trainer would offer an alternative, help you modify the exercise, or at least show some kind of support—not dismiss you or make you feel like you’re doing something wrong just because you’re listening to your body.
On top of that, the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper.
Maybe if you’re doing a cheap monthly membership, it might be worth it. But if you’re paying per class—don’t waste your money. Overall, a bad experience I...
Read moreI joined RAWFIT back in 2023, and it’s truly been a life-changer. The owners, Mari and Daniela, are beyond amazing—so sweet and welcoming, they instantly made it feel like home.
This gym has completely transformed not only my fitness journey but also my overall health. Mari and Daniela genuinely care about their clients. They're patient, understanding, and create such a supportive environment.
Another thing I absolutely love is how clean and well-maintained the gym is. Hygiene is clearly a top priority here, and that gives me real peace of mind. I’ve seen a few reviews where people are upset about the rules, but honestly, I’m glad they hold a high standard—it ensures that the equipment is safe, clean, and ready to use.
Thank you, RAWFIT, and thank you Dani and Mari! Highly recommend...
