I have bought furniture, mattresses, pictures, tv’s, laptops, washer and dryers from this location thru the years. I have been advised to take out the club warranty for protection for the old and new purchases and the amount would be included in my monthly payment. Well my 60 inch LG Tv went out today and when I called the Miamisburg store where I purchased it for support, I was told by Sandy that my club account canceled last month. She said I paid the month before but not this month so it canceled. I ask to speak with Marcus the manager and was told he was on vacation , then asked to speak with Tanya and she was out too. I make the same payment by phone every month so when did it change??? I certainly didn’t cancel anything. As a long time customer I feel duped and played and I don’t trust this business anymore. Read moreDealing with this location of Aaron’s (Miamisburg/Springboro Pike location) has been the worst decision of my life. I understand calling and knocking when I get behind, that’s okay. What’s not okay is knocking for 17+ minutes followed by parking on my neighbors side honking the horn 6 times lasting at least 10 seconds each time. I tried to call business 3 times and got hung up each time so was unable to settle the problem. The police were called, they left before they arrived. I also contacted ftc and attorney general to protect future people against this business. The following day an other employee came and went straight to my back parking lot verbally assaulting a friend who didn’t even live at said address, blocked him in and said you aren’t allowed to leave. Police were called again and they were told to leave and to not come back to said address. Please please please start a go fund me for the items you are needing before EVER considering this...
Read morePaid off an oven here. As well as a few other items. The oven is now broken just few months after paying it off. I paid $10 extra each month to have extended warranty for 6 months on said oven. Went in monday and signed papers to have the oven looked at or fixed. It's now friday and I still haven't got a call to set up an appointment for them to come fix this and honor their side of the deal. I will update this review as this situation plays out. Please have heart for those struggling. If I was wealthy.. I wouldn't have to go through place like Aaron's to get the appliances we need. I will be calling headquarters if this isn't addressed soon. So disappointing.
