The shopping experience was great! We had a great salesperson help us and we were even able to match the color and material of a sofa we had purchased in the past. The delivery experience was aggravating. I received a call that the couch was ready. I called and "scheduled" my delivery. I received a call a day prior to delivery expecting it to be the call to give me the window of time to be home, and it was another sales rep to schedule my delivery. The first person didn't actually schedule the delivery, so I was delayed and had to cancel plans to accommodate delivery on a different day. We were told when purchasing the couch that the delivery persons would move our old couch out to place the new one. When the delivery persons arrived I was informed that they do not do that and the sales reps should stop telling customers that. The drivers tried to be accommodating, but one was working with an injured hand so he didn't feel comfortable lifting any more than necessary. So now, I have the new couch and the old couch is just sitting in our living room because the most they would do is move it to a different wall. The delivery aspect went well too. However I feel you have to wait quite long for the furniture plus after we got our new furniture I went back and ordered some accent tables.
One was in stock which took two weeks to get. They had to “make” my their side small table and it took almost 8 weeks. I never got a phone call and had to call and ask them about my table. Oh it had been in for a week and no one had even had the courtesy to call me. I had to go back and pick it up myself. Upon pick up the Gentleman went back to get my table, came back quickly and got his screw driver. Ugh! He exclaimed I am just making sure all screws are tight. Different. Didn’t feel like there was much professionalism going on at this pick up time; drinks and tobacco products laying on the counter.

Read moreI would recommend shopping somewhere else. We had our furniture delivered in March with the damage to the corner of the chair, looks like it was drug across something during delivery. The delivery person said to just make sure we call the number on our paperwork within 72 hours. Left multiple messages and finally about 5 days later received a call. After multiple techs coming out with replacement parts being shipped (none of which have been the correct item to fix) they are now saying this fray and rip is within specifications and nothing further can be done but to add some padding to the arm? I can post more pictures when I get home of how bad these chairs came assembled and delivered since they were “special order” meaning they didn’t have them in the warehouse, even though we paid extra for the warranty we are being told it doesn’t apply to special ordered items.
