Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Miamisburg

Called last week and was told they would have the flavor I wanted. Visited yesterday and was told they didn't have and to pick another flavor. When I mentioned the phone call, the man lifted out a container from under the new containers in the case. He stuck his hairy arm in up to the elbow, and began scraping the bottom of the barrel -literally- to scoop ice cream with ungloved hands. I figured out it was an old container as opposed to a new container. I asked if they would get new and he never answered but charged me for the scoop. I was so grossed out by the ungloved hand, the old ice cream, and the hairy arms that emerged from the container with ice cream coating them that I couldn't even eat the scoop after I...

Horrible service. We arrived 845 pm on Friday looking to get a scoop of ice cream. Lights were on and staff inside but doors were locked and no signs saying closed early (normally open until 10!). One of the staff looked at us an proceeded to raise her hand and circle her finger in the air....like woo hoo....very sarcastically and then turned away and ignored us. I'd chalk it up to staffing issues but there were three workers inside ignoring us. Totally...
