Smoothie King — Restaurant in Middleburg Heights

I came into the store on 7/24 at 8:40PM and the two young ladies were cleaning up when I walked in and informed me that they weren’t accepting cash and they weren’t making smoothie bowls. Last time I checked smoothie king closed at 9 and I never heard of a smoothie king doing that. They were very unprofessional and blamed their boss on them closing down early and not being able to make smoothie bowls. I come here all the time and it’s always a problem. I will be calling corporate and this store is overall a 2 out of 10!!!! I never feel comfortable here the only reason I come here is because it’s close to my house and the next smoothie king is 25 mins...

Typically I go to this location, came today 3/24/25 at around 6:50 pm. Walked in and immediately the girl shouts “your order isn’t ready”. Of course I’m confused because I wasnt welcomed with a “hello” or “welcome in”. She mentioned that she thought I was working for Uber before even asking me anything just shouts that when a customer walks in the door. 2024 I don’t have much expectations when it comes to getting five star customer service so I expect the bare minimal. Sadly I wasn’t greeted no hello no how can I help you smh. I ordered my drink which was based with protein the gentleman made my drink and still had enough leftover to make a whole another medium drink so I didn’t get the amount of protein that was read on the menu lol
