In the beginning we loved Belle Bridal! The owner was very helpful in finding my bridesmaid dresses. Everything changed after we purchased the dresses. When I purchased the dresses she told me $40 to hem the bottom and other alterations will be cheap. When the dresses came in my matron of honor went in for her dress and the owner asked her if she needed mother of the bride dresses which was rude to assume she was old enough to be my mother. Then the dress was tight and she asked her if she gained any weight and my matron said she had actually lost 10 pounds. The owner then told her she would have to loose another 10 and come back. I brought my step daughter to try her dress on when the owner told me it would be $80 to hem the bottom. I told her she was mistaken that she quoted me $40. She then went on to tell me I must have heard it wrong that it starts at $40. The hem of that dress was too big and it would be $80 for all my bridal party. I told her that was absurd that I purchased the dress from her and she saw how big the bottom was when she quoted me. She told me she would not go back and forth with me that I can take it somewhere else. At this point a month before my wedding we didn’t have the time. My poor matron of honor went back for a second time and she was spilling out the top and the owner told her there was nothing she could do for her. One might say oh it’s the dress I picked but. She was able to pull up my other big chested bridesmaids so they were supported but not her. She told my maid of honor to come in that her dress was done and made her an appointment. She drove an hour to get there to tell her that her dress wasn’t ready could she come back tomorrow. ( This was a week before the wedding) When she explained the inconvenience of the drive and timing all she said was oh sorry come back another day. When she did go back she gave her a piece of customs jewelry bracket to make up for the “inconvenience.” I would never recommend this boutique to any of my future brides. I was mortified most of them had to pay around $300 for their dress after all was said and done. Especially when I talked about how great she wa in the beginning and affordable....

We live in NY and in search of an original prom dress, we came across B.B. , not too far from where my daughter will attend college. My daughter was not impressed by the size of the salon, the tight space to shop and quickly decided to leave. Being that we had traveled the distance, I suggested that we at least look at the dresses on the rack. Kim, the owner, came over to offer assistance. She looked at my daughter’s body, asked her about the style of dress she desired and then went about the salon to find dresses for her. After trying only three dresses “wala” the four one was the diamond!!! OMG!! It was unlike any dress we had seen! Didn’t have to worry about any copy cats. And then we hit a snag! The company no longer made the dress. It could not be ordered in my daughter’s size. Big disappointed. Kim, a seamstress swooped in like an angel and said she could take the sample, a size 10, down to a size 6. I couldn’t image how that could be done because this strapless dress had an amazing amount of stones, sequence, and bead work around the bust. She convinced us that there was nothing to worry about. We put our trust in her and my goodness... she worked miracles! My daughter was a show stopped. While all of her friends had on gorgeous gowns, they looked like gorgeous PROM dresses. This dress was HOLLYWOOD red carpet! I wish there was a way to attach a picture, but I don’t see a way to do that. Kim you are amazing!!! This was my 10th dress appointment. I had given up on wedding gowns and I was going to go with a white bridesmaids dress instead. Kim let me try them on and never tried to push me into a wedding gown. After I picked a couple dresses I liked they asked if I'd like to see some wedding gowns that were similar styles but a little more elaborate for a bride. They warned me that of course they'd cost more. I tried them on and found my real wedding dress! Even with alterations and added beading it was still within my budget. When we went back for the bridesmaid's dresses the girls found their dress in less than an hour. I attached pics but the dresses looked even more beautiful in person. Thank you Kim...
