I applied for help with my electric bill,fell behind due being diagnosed with cancer,..filled out application,..put copies of paperwork needed in office,..lady called me and kept asking what I needed help with,,I wrote down what I needed help with,even sent copy of Electric bill,..she was very rude,just kept asking what I needed help with...and what my income was,...its all on paperwork,..I tried eplaing this to her,..one bill is what I need help with...and she hung up on me! I don't understand why she was so rude to me,I explained that I was recovering from surgery...etc.,she didn't want to hear any of it,..I thought they were there to offer help,..I had help once before over a year ago and they were very nice & helpful then,..I just don't understand why this lady was so rude & short,..and hung up on...
