I purchased a pair of light up sneakers and after 20 days one shoe didn't light up any longer. When I went to return the shoes as defective at this location, the store manager Eric was incredibly rude to me, said my grandson had "trashed them" since they worked when they left the store and refused to exchange them. I contacted customer service and they sent me an email agreeing to accept the return and directing me to bring them to the store. I showed Eric the email and his response was to aggressively say "they are wrong and I won't take them back". After I challenged his dismissal of the corporate instructions to exchange them, he became very agitated and said "to shut me up" he would exchange them. Eric acted in a highly unprofessional manner and needs remedial training or should be replaced. Do not purchase product at this location and expect a good experience. I stopped in the new Skechers one day to check it out and browse. I “met” Eric in the clothing department. He was very friendly, explaining the clothing lines and accessories. I couldn’t really stop & shop that day but I went back two days later. I found the item I wanted but it was not the right size. Once again, Eric was there to help. He asked me to try on the item in the wrong color but the right size, just to make sure. Eric then searched for the item on line, found it was still available in the color I wanted and proceeded to order it for me in no time at all. It was not the most expensive item or a big order but Eric made me feel like it was. The other day I went into the store to check out sneakers for my mom and myself and was amazed at the amount of variations of sneakers available!!! It left me having a hard time to even decide on where to start and which to choose!! The manager at the store, Eric, came by and was super polite, professional, and outgoing! He took the time to walk me through the collections of sneakers available and listened to my needs for myself and for my mom!!! Eric made me feel comfortable and was super helpful in which ones would be the best suited for my mom and for myself!
