CAUTION: STAY FAR AWAY! I had the absolute worst experience with this jewelry store. My fiance bought a beautiful engagement ring from this store that was very unique and had sapphires wrapping around the band. Unfortunately the ring was too big so we brought it back to Wolf Fine Jewelers to be resized. They originally said the best option was to apply balls to the inside of the ring to make it a smaller fit because they told me that sizing the ring would cause the stones to become loose. They kept the ring to be looked at by the jeweler, I expressed my concern about leaving the ring but they assured me I would have the ring back ASAP. Three days later I received a phone call from Wolf stating that the ring could not be resized and that they needed to order an entirely new ring in a smaller size and that it would take approximately one week and that I would be updated throughout the process. After not hearing from them for 10 days I called only to find out that there was an issue in receiving the new ring and that it would take another two weeks but that they would keep me in the loop. No one ever called and I had to call almost daily to find out what was going on. The customer service of this jewelry store is horrendous. I placed phone calls that were not returned, I was blatantly lied to, I was shocked at the attitudes I got when inquiring about when my ring would be in, like I was inconveniencing them. It was devastating not having my ring for Easter when I got to see my entire family, also I had to cancel my engagement photo shoot that I had scheduled because I didn't have my ring. Finally, I was told that my ring was on its way but that they were not sending a new ring, they had resized the original one. When I reminded them that they had told me that resizing the ring would cause the stones to become loose they suddenly changed the story and said the stones wouldn't come loose from resizing it. After calling on the day they told me my ring would be in the rude woman on the phone said "If it came in I would have called you". When the ring did come in FINALLY after over a month, I picked it up and had concerns that it looked different to me, and the resizing made the band look strange and bent oddly. Monica, the night time manager was very nasty to me and when I showed her a picture of the original ring and pointed out differences she was very rude and had a horrible attitude and kept saying "I don't know what to tell you" between eye rolls. She then offered to send it back to the jeweler in a mocking tone- after having my ring for over a month I declined and said I would take it somewhere else. I was so upset I sobbed my way out of the store. Please be aware that you can not trust this company, they will take advantage of you. Don't ever expect them to call you back or be true to their word. I recommend not supporting this business as they do not care for...
Read moreMy first experience with Wolf Fine Jewelers was a good one when I purchased a pair of earrings for my wife. I later came back with my wife’s mother’s diamond pendant, and asked if they could make a pinky ring using the diamond. The girls working there brought the owner Scott to see me. I told him what I wanted using the diamond. He said it would be around $750.00 to make it the way he showed me from a picture. I told him in front of one of the girls and a security person that I only wanted to spend around $250.00. He said ok, and they took the diamond. I was called when the ring came in and they told me it was $800.00. I told them again that I had only wanted to spend around $250. I also said it didn’t look like the ring picture he showed me with the stone set in that only cost $750. My big mistake is paying cash for a ring I didn’t ask for, but was made for me. After bringing it home and showing my wife, we later went back to see Scott. She told him she did not like it and he took possession of the ring to send it out to be matched to the original picture. Two weeks later I was advised to make the ring the way it was shown to us, it would cost another $400.00. I told them not to do it, and just give me the diamond pendant back. I was again told that it would cost money to take it apart, and I would get a store credit for the gold at scrap gold prices. I told them to give me the ring back. Scott took advantage of me and would not do anything to correct his mistakes. It’s obvious he is “Money Hungry” and doesn’t care about how he treats his customers. One more thing, do not make the mistake of paying cash like I did. You have not recourse in getting your money back. I will tell all my family and friends to avoid at all cost doing business at Wolf Fine Jewelers in...
Read moreMy mother, my brother and I went to Wolf Jewelers when my brother needed a very special gift for his bride on their wedding day. He had a design in mind but with little time before his wedding day, we worried it would not be possible to have the piece ready in time. Scott of Wolf Jewelers assured us he would personally make sure the job was done and match the design my brother had envisioned. It was a special gift for a once in a lifetime occasion. Wolf Fine Jewelers exceeded our expectations. The pendent was ready on time for my brother's wedding and he was so proud of the design and quality of the piece. The sentimentality behind this gift is personal and meant more to my brother and his bride than can be stated in this review. I can say, without any hesitation, Wolf Fine Jewelers will be the place my family will always trust. Their jewelry is top quality and just as important, the customer service is second to NONE!!! Thank you Wolf Jewelers!!!! Mickey,...
