I had no motivation to workout before I knew about D1. My friend talked about it and told me how good she was feeling after a few weeks of joining the gym so I decided to give it a try. I took my 3 trial classes and I got super excited when I saw the type of workouts they do. Then I decided to sign up for an unlimited membership because I wanted to go at least 4 times a week and that’s what I’ve been doing since then. Every coach has a unique workout style and they push you to do better. Even all of the members are awesome and it feels like a community/family-like. I cannot recommend this gym more.
