I don’t have any photos because we pretty much almost finished everything, but it was all VERY good. I highly reccomend you order here over the usual fast food places because they offer great items that taste surprisingly delicious. I ordered quite a big order too and everything (except the ranch dressing) was correct and accurate. I’d say that’s pretty good thing! I ordered jalapeno poppers, 2 chicken sandwhiches with added on cheese, 2 cheeseburgers without onions, an order of fries (ohhh yuummm), cheesy chili tots, chili cheese dog, frito cheese wrap (OMG SO DELISH!!!!) and 3 different blasts milkshake things (one reeses, one butterfinger, one m&m) Definitely looking forward to having this again. I also ordered through the mobile app which was great because you can select the time slot to pick up your order, and the waitress bringing it out was fast. Read moreI’ve visited multiple Sonic locations and never had a problem, but this Middletown location has consistently failed to deliver. Every time we pull up to the kiosk to place an order, we’re told, ‘Only drive-thru.’ A few months ago, we went through the drive-thru as instructed, only to watch other customers get served right at the kiosk. Today, same scenario: we parked at the kiosk, and an employee told us, yet again, ‘Drive-thru only.’
To top it off, one of the employees was sitting outside eating. At 3 p.m. on a Thursday, the place was practically empty – no reason they couldn’t bring out our order. I’m not asking for roller skates or extra service; I just want my food delivered to my car, the way Sonic’s model promises.
If this location is going to refuse kiosk service, they should just close them down rather than mislead customers and waste our time. I’ve never had this issue at other Sonics. It’s frustrating that this Middletown location just can’t...
Read morei ordered doordash , and i was assigned 5 different drivers for sonic to tell the final driver they dont have the order. then when doordash called them they said they did recieve the order but they were out of stock. $31 later, no food. nothing. i called the store just now and asked them individually everything i ordered through doordash and they asked if it was in stock and if they were able to make it and what did they tell me ?
