I went there recently to have a work done at the copy center. The person who helped me was so rude. When I told him I had a picture on my flash drive, but wasn't sure what else was on there, he ripped it out of my hand and walked into the back area. I guess he loaded it on to his computer and screamed to me from the other room about which picture I wanted. When I came into the copy room to show him, I asked him about pricing and he just started spouting off numbers instead of walking me through the details.
Leaving feeling uneasy, he told me to return after 3:30. When I came to pick up, it took two people to find my order. When I got it, of course it was wrong. I told the girl it wasn't right, and she told me her machine was broken now, but to come back when it was working and they would fix it. HOWEVER, she gladly took my money for the incorrect picture and even charged me more money as if I had gotten what I actually ordered. She did apologize, but I still drove back an hour later to be refunded because I was so mad.
It is a shame because Staples does some really great work when they do it correctly. Someone should tell this location that there are about 5 other Staples within driving distance, and their poor customer service will drive customers to one that is more...

Before coming to this, I was about to my the cell phone from t-mobile store...its was really difficult for me to deal with t-mobile customer service , it took me approx 1 hr 30 mins just talk to t-mobile customer service to upgrade my plans.
