Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Middletown

I waited average 45 minutes to a whole hourrrr JUST for a large pepperoni pizza and a order of crazy bread with marinara... There was 4 workers , only 1 lady the back was making pizzas , and one young man was taking orders, and making them up and bringing them to the front, and the other two I didn't see do anything productive at all to help . Highly upset I had to wait so long for one pizza and one order of bread sticks, and the young man that took my order, you can tell was brand new cause he really didn't know much , was forgetting what customer had ordered what (there was 5 of us customers waiting in the lobby when I had arrived) he also didn't know how to explain to a door dash driver of how to get their order out the warmer for customers who ordered online or for door dash orders , so I had to explain to the other customer how to get their order out (and mind you , I used common sense because it was my first time seeing that type of warmer and had never used one before) and he was running around with no help at all and did it all himself, while the lady making the pizzas and putting them in the oven took her sweet time making them all to put them in the oven and when she wasn't doing that, she stood there with her hand on her hips leaned up against the pizza table and not helping the young man panicking to help everyone as fast as he could. So I applaud that young man and think the rest of the staff needs to be replaced with other people who care about their job and know how to do team work and that enjoys working, or at least looks like they do !! Will never come here again!! Also may I add that there was absolutely NO food prepared for walk in customers.. how is this supposed to be little ceasers pizza hit n ready , if there's nothing hot n ready??! People come here because they don't want to wait on the food to be made!!! Very dissatisfied...

I hate to have to do this because I rarely complain about businesses, but I am genuinely upset at this point. So back on June 13th, 2025, I placed a delivery order directly on their website. It was for $38.83 dollars. Shortly therafter, I received a doordash(?) Notification stating it had been delivered. Please note, my order was not made via doordash, but I learned Doordash contracts with them for delivery. That will be important for later on in my story.. so anyway. The delivery photo was clearly not to my duplex. I want to reiterate that in the delivery instructions I did give clear notice that we have a blue patterned entry rug, so it would be especially difficult to miss this. The delivery photo was of a tiled floor. I contacted the phone number provided to me in the order email, and a doordash customer support specialist answered. They stated that I would be refunded in full within 5 to 10 business days. When that did not transpire, I contacted both little ceasars and doordash support. I want to be clear in that I didn't even do this until after 10 business days had passed. Doordash told me that they contract online deliveries with Little Ceasars but that they don't deal with the checking transactions...Ok. Fair enough. I then emailed the store and they did get back to me...then ghosted entirely when I provided order number, transaction details, etc via screenshots. This was now 6 days ago. So I'm now almost $40 down the drain, at exactly a month after the initial order. I would not recommend any online ordering with this franchise. this store is always incredibly slow with super unhelpful employees. little ceaser's is my favorite pizza place and this store is 7 minutes away from my home but if i want little ceaser's i usually go out of my way to drive 15+ minutes to a different store because it's literally just awful every time i go in. today i decided to give it another shot but ofc another bad experience n i didn't even end up getting food!!! first i go thru and make an online order like i always do and after im done with everything and put in my payment info all that i hit pay and it says this store doesn't accept online orders. if that wasn't frustrating enough i then call the store for over 30 minutes back to back to back and it just keeps ringing and ringing until it makes this screechy fax machine sound and hangs up on you so i do that about 23 times and then someone finally answers but only to tell that i can't get the single pizza i've been trying to order for nearly an hour now because it's 30 minutes til close and apparently for the last hour they only offer 2 items regular cheese pizza and regular pepperoni pizza so forget it if you were actually gonna order anything off the menu cause i wanted a pretzel crust cheese pizza which i have a allergy to tomato sauce so i only eat the pretzel crust pizza and bread sticks but no one there ever does their job. all and all just the worst place i have ever been to i really wish they could hire people who cared or put effort in it really would make a...
