If I could give this eatery negative five stars I would. I have been waiting for the owner of this facility to call me back concerning a matter.
I ordered a chicken sandwich, three times. Three times, they, employees, managed to somehow fail in delivering me a well cooked sandwich. The first time I went back, I told them the meat was under-cooked. No worries. I am not one to get all out of sorts due to a mistake. That is until the mistake is repetitive. Meaning, three times.
I spoke to someone at corporate, via telephone and they were to have someone contact me.
That has been a couple of months ago. Maybe they forgot.
Anyways, I cant speak for Burger King nationwide but this one should be avoided at all cost. Unless, you have no problem in eating, not slightly under cooked meat but something that you can still hear the distant clucking from.
YUM! Because everyone loves a belly full of possible parasites.
Clearly, having it your way means only the Burger King way. Which includes: Three trips back to the original restaurant where the food was ordered, inept employees( can't blame them, a team is only as strong as it's leader) playing the game telephone with corporate, waiting for the owner to call, only to find out they probably wont.
Do yourself a favor, skip this particular branch and...
Read moreI don't frequent BK very often. Just haven't had good experiences at this chain in the past. Today, I tried the fish sandwich. I was a bit overwhelmed by the price tag. $5.09 for just the sandwich. Requested a fresh sandwich at that price. Was told the sandwich had not been sitting any longer than 30 minutes. I asked for a fresh one anyway since it was after lunchtime, and I really didn't want a cold or stale sandwich. The guy at the first window did not relay the request for a freshly cooked item, so it was a bit uncomfortable for a minute there.
The very sweet/cute manager brought the sandwich out to me, and I learned more about their process. Usually, they will drop fish fresh at the time of order. And all one needs to do is ask. I will always ask. There's nothing like paying full price for fast food and receiving stuff that has been sitting around waiting for me to come get it.
The sandwich was OK. Certainly, it's not anything truly remarkable. It was indeed fresh, though. At least the fish was. The bun was slightly stale, and I truly dislike the chopped lettuce they all want to use on sandwiches these days. A leaf would be so much tastier and tidier. Plenty of pickles. Maybe a few too many, but those can be taken off.
I am still in search of a delicious fish...
Read moreSo I just got my food from this burger King location. I wasn't too thrilled with the order accuracy. I had to yell into their seemingly old and broken speaker and I requested a large meal, which I've repeated myself several times as kindly as I could so that way I thought they would get the order correct. And what happens? They give me a small meal and a few wrong items instead. This frustrated me because I just got done working a lot going 12 hour shift and I've repeated myself several times to help the accuracy of the order. So at the window, I go on to let them know that it's wrong, I show them the receipt and surprise, the receipt shows up all the wrong items. So I just gave them the stuff back and requested a refund. Then the manager stepped in and gave me the stuff I wanted at first. Look, the workers are nice, I'm sure they are tired from the long hours they have to work, but that broken speaker? Inexcusable on management's part. I won't go to this location again until they fix this. If anyone goes to this link, I strongly suggest you go inside to make your order for accuracy. Don't use the drive through because I found this experience to be a headache. 4 times now. If management reads this, don't take this poor review out on your workers, please just fix...
