Marcus The Manager has a REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. I tried to order online yesterday (I wanted my points) but I didn't see the Thursday Boneless Wings Special....so I called to the restaurant and told the lady the trouble I was having she said "Don't worry" ..." You'll see it add the free wings at the end of check out" So I tried it again and got scared. I didn't want it to go through w/ o me seeing the free wing special... So anyway I got dressed went to the restaurant I had my 17 yr. Old son with me. The lady at the counter took my order 10 garlic Parm wet, ( Those I wanted especially for me) and 3 other sauces... I got the wing special. Well the lady never asked for my rewards number so once I realized it I went up to her and asked for her to put it on she said you can do it through the app using the bar code I guess. I never done that before b/c I either order on line or come in and that's usually the 1st thing they ask me for is my rewards number...or if I'm a member. But anyway we tried to do it online it wouldn't work then I told her about the mishap I had prior and why I even came to the restaurant so she said I don't see it either ( the wing special) and it's not adding your number for the order let me get my manager. He comes out I explained everything ...I told him I already ordered ( food is in front of me on the counter) and the app is not letting us add the points....i pointed to the girl that she was even trying to help me...ect....while I'm explaining he's nodding his head vigorously constantly saying ' ok, ok ok ok,...cutting me off in mid sentence. So I stop talking and looked at him and asked are you doing alright?...b/c you keep nodding your head and saying okay and it's kind of rude and a little weird . Take a deep breath calm down and just listen to me ....He nodded his head again and said ok, ok, I told him just calm down abit...he's nodded his head and said okay again so I continued with showing him that all I wanted was points added and then he interrupted me again and said with a attitude, ok, are you trying to.place a order.... I said never mind. You keep cutting me off saying ok and I already told you sir I ordered my food .now it's cold...he just walks away from me and says in front of everyone " Have a Nice Day" Everyone, my son, the two ladies at the counter ( shook Thier heads), all the customers eating, and the ones up at the counter that was picking up Thier order seen it and heard it and watched him walk away like I did something wrong...it was embarrassing. My son asked me " Mom do you want to check your order" by that time I just wanted to get out of there. I got home and my 10 garlic Parm looked like plain wings... I just fed the kids and went to bed. I don't see how I can put a picture on here otherwise I'll show you guys. It was horrible.š And on top of all that it cost more by going in than me being able to do it online. I asked the lady why is the price different it's more, she told me that b/ c I came in it's like a service fee. ALL this trouble when All I wanted to do was order on line get my points in the 1st place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me preface that I ordered originally through DoorDash, as I was doing gardening and yard construction, so was very sweaty and dirty. So the order being wrong isnāt fully on BW3. However, it mostly is since they sealed the bag and just,ā¦. Didnāt put the right stuff in it.
But I called them since I was missing 2/3 of my order. The girl on the phone was terse and rude, and I basically had to instruct her how to correct it, which is worrisome at best. The tone she was using, youād think that I was asking something outrageous when I just wanted what Iād paid for. The conclusion was that they were going to remake the missing parts and Iād have to go pick it up. Not ideal at all, but whatever. I understand since it was DoorDash, and they canāt have the missing parts delivered.
However, when I got there, I was impressed! Impressed by how incredibly awful the workers were! How are they employed working with the public and havenāt been pulled aside by a manager yet to discuss disgraceful attitudes and behavior! The girl at the front stand was passably decent, but when I told her what I was there for, she suddenly became less expressive and useful than a cadaver. Like Iād ruined her whole month by having a problem. I figured out where to go (since she basically just grunted a couple words and called that helpful) and it only got worse. Two girls were at the to-go counter, and I only caught that one was named Anna before both girls turned away to have an entire conversation AFTER Iād walked up, without even glancing at me. I guess figuring out your coworkerās hours is the utmost priority. They finally finished up their chatter and decided to realize that I was standing about 3 feet from them! Wow. Again, impressed, and not in a good way at all. They then handed me my food and went on with their lives.
In this whole process of call and visit, not a single time was it ever acknowledged by any member of their team that they had messed up my order. I love BW3ās food, but this particular location needs some serious staffing adjustments. Next time I really want BW3, Iāll just make the 35 minute drive back to the one I used to go to before I moved. Iām not subjecting myself to this bastardization of ācustomer serviceā and this location will certainly never get business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur service was so awkward. My boyfriend and I love going to bdubs but donāt usually go to this location. We did get there a bit later at night because when we first got there, the patio was closed and the inside was an icebox. We even talked with a nearby person also standing by the entrance and they left because it was so cold inside. It was so late that everywhere else closed in 40 minutes (10:20pm) so we left and got pants instead. Came back. Ordered drinks. Well at first our server did not come back for awhile that somebody else even asked if we had been greeted. That was fine, I get it, Iāve served & bartended for years, but whatās next is not acceptable in my opinion.
First off, our server, Alexis, asked if we were lucky? We didnāt know how to respond. She came back and said the luck would be nobody coming in after us so she can go home. I get it, itās late, but Iām just trying to drink my beer and have a date. Felt like we were being pushed out. Then I go to wash my hands and she comes back and tells my boyfriend that the other table of kids were calling her names etc. Not sure why this was relevant, but whatever.
We eat dinner, GREAT FOOD. TASTY.
My next complaint was every time she came back to the table, she mentioned how she wanted to go out to the bars. Then she didnāt inform us last call was 11:30, although we had been very low for the last 30 minutes at 11pm, but we didnāt see her but like once or twice when she would come up complaining that another table walked in? & it was to the point where we could even get in a word to request anything. So ordered a water, received water, asked for straw, received no straw. I gave up, we wanted to leave⦠we just wanted a peaceful drink and dinner. She knew we were upset at this point because she was so focused on complaining about other tables that we didnāt get good service or informed about last call, even though we had been there for an...
