Only saving grace of this Starbucks is the brand itself and typical food selection/atmosphere. I have mobile ordered many times from my workplace nearby, so luckily I can be patient about orders before wasting time standing around in store, but this location has extremely high wait times. On all but two occasions in the past year, I waited 30-40+ minutes for one or two drinks. I haven't even experienced that at busier Metro Detroit locations. On one occasion, I ordered a lunch sandwich that was ready within 10 minutes. Therefore, I arrived within the time that the app stated. Upon arrival, I waited another 35 minutes for one iced tea before cancelling my drink order to get back to work. The employees are nice enough, but not very accommodating to those standing around in-store looking at drinks sit around without anyone there to pick them up.

So I went back around told them there was no caramel drizzle. They had me pull around they said they couldnāt take the drink back so they made a new one. They made it, it looks like a completely different drink. Which is crazy to me, and there is the smallest amount of caramel drizzle. Now I never get caramel, but today I was a special treat for myself. Not once did he even apologize I had to come back around, and wait in 20minute line (2 cars in-front of me took 20min if that explains the service). Itās just sad that an almost $7 drink canāt be made on the second attempt. This Starbucks gets worse and worse. Unfortunately, I wonāt be returning.

I ordered my coffee ahead on the app, got in the drive thru, waited 10 minutes, got to the window and was told it wasnāt ready and my ābest bet is to come inside and wait because it will be a while.ā This isnāt the first time Iāve been inside to wait. I know better, I would be waiting for 30 plus minutes if I went inside.
The guy at the drive thru then explained they make everyoneās drink in the drive thru before mobile orders. Iām sorry.. WHAT? What the hell is the point of ordering ahead?
I asked for a refund AND my drink. The guy at the window had an attitude and told them to make my drink. If itās that easy to make my drink, then why would I come in to wait?
