Kohl's — Local services in Midland

I normally love shopping here at this place but unfortunately I've had two pretty bad experiences the first was with management and the young lady working cashier. I had found some really cute pants on clearance and when I got up to the register they weren't ringing up the same price as they were showing on the clearance tag. So I explained to the cashier that that wasn't fair I was just going off of what I found on the rack and then I said the well let me speak to a manager and the manager told me there was nothing he was going to do and if it was that big of a deal that I could come back and make an extra trip the next day. I live on the other side of town and was not about to deal with this guy I was super upset because this is normally a place where I really enjoy shopping. I ended up not buying any of my items.... The next bad experience was that a customer decided to take a poop in the middle of an aisle and multiple employees walked by it and did nothing. I damn near stepped in it and when I was Furious I told the manager the manager did nothing except put a trash can over it. He then said thanks and walked away. Customer service sure has gone...

I’m writing to give kudos to one of the managers - Alicia Sherwood. I stopped in this morning to exchange a T-shirt. I’m on crutches due to a bad hip. Alicia approached me with a smile to ask if I wanted help, which I was so grateful for and happily accepted. Alicia walked to the rack to get the shirt in the correct size, took me to the register without waiting in line, so graciously got my pickup orders for me, AND carried my bags out to the car for me. 11/10 service by Alicia. A true angel on earth and incredibly kind. Thank you, Alicia, for making such an impact and providing outstanding customer service! Their clearance is so incredibly disorganized you have to look at every item on every rack to find your size. Also miss marked prices and then telling you too bad its 3 times that price. Unwilling to take responsibility. I sat in line waiting when there was two cashier's available, one on her phone texting behind the counter, then two returns came in and just walked up and took the two cashier's. Unprofessionalism one of the cashier's receipt machine stopped working and basically said she is leaving and doesn't need to fix it even though the customer waited to get the receipt. I just don't feel comfortable going there at least not with that crew working it felt tense at the registers before I even had a problem...
