Just had the worst experience there. We needed a pair of black pants for my husband to wear at his mother's funeral in a couple of days. The store was stocked well for him and we spent a couple of hours shopping for pants and other items. The sale price for the pants was $29.99 at the rack and at the price check kiosk. At the cash register, we were charged $60.00 with 50% off on a second pair. My husband rechecked the price at the kiosk and was then told by a different salez clerk that the $29.99 was the online price if we ordered online. At this point we were too exhausted after a long night at a death bed to find the store manager to try and sort out the conflicting information. We abandoned our shopping. The store missed out on today's purchases as well as my planned shopping spree before I left town. I suggest the sales clerks get their stories right. Went to the customer service desk and explained what I needed, Joann told me to just go and get what I wanted. I didn't know how much the price range was so I went and asked an employee who gave the prices that I could get. I go back to the counter of customer service and Joanna is rude and very snotty and acted like it was a big ol deal to help me with what I needed. She then told me I needed to find shirts the exact price of the clearance isle for 9.00 and 7.20, when asking about store credit she told me it would be the lowest price of the day and would give me 5.00 for a 30.00 dollar shirt.    Read more10/16/2022 WILL NEVER RETURN! Charged twice at the register for 3 items. Tried to do a refund one it, still wanted to buy the 3 items. The same cashier at the same register 3 minutes after it happened couldn't help me. Sent me to other side of store to customer service. They tried to keep my 3 items and refund me only 1 time. Offered me a merchandise credit and refund for overcharge which was fine. Then they couldn't get it to refund so had to refund both transactions, fine. 20 minutes later I left with zero items and extreme frustration. Terrible experience. Currently canceling my $724.98 online order and will be canceling my card. This was ridiculous.
