In town for work. I have an 8 hour drive every two weeks. My estereo has beeb acting up so i decided to stop by this place and hooefully buy a new one. So I drove for about 40 mins after work to go seek info on buying and installing a new radio in my truck. Got there 10 mins before they closed. The first thing the guy in the store did was look at his watch a few times. Then I told him I knew it was late and I was just trying to get info on buying a new stereo. I told him I didn't exactly know what I wanted that's why I wanted to look at the options. He rudely told me that if I didn't know what I wanted then he didn't know what to tell me. He asked if I wanted a screen so I said yes. Then he said ohhh those are over $300. He made it seem like I couldn't afford it. I've had a Kenwood that I paid over $600 for In Houston. I know he was probably trying to go home which I understand but there was no need to be rude. The 5 minutes tops I spent in that place I felt rushed so I told the guy not to worry I'll go somewhere else. He didn't like that either So he goes to the back and starts talking to another person in the back laughing and making comments which I didn't care to stick around to find out what he was saying.... Anyways the $500+ that I was going to spend there are now going to go...

I just stopped by to get a quote to install a dash cam system. The experience started with the helper rolling his eyes when he saw I brought in my own unit versus buying from them. Next he scolded me for coming before they were officially open for business. Then he said he wouldn’t warranty their install. I wouldn’t expect them to warranty the electronics but stand by your installation. Immense attitude the whole time. I asked if he was okay and said he was acting strange and he proceeded to make ‘special needs’ poses. I wouldn’t trust these guys to install a darn thing in my automobile or give them a dime of my HAR...

Very poor customer service Update speakers have a defect from the manufacturer that is being looked in to. the voice coils are not burnt or blown but you failed to test it at all. you wanted to do nothing to help me with this issue and it wasn't until I called kicker directly you started wanting to make it right per your kicker rep. then received hateful phone call and I had to hang up on you because I refuse to be spoken to like that and then you continue to call and leave passive aggressive voice mails and emails. I have this being handled with kicker and I will never step foot in your...
