I routinely find a black Mercedes without a handicap license or placque, parked in one of the two handicap spots closest to the Great Clips salon. I confronted the female driver one day when she brought a drink to her daughter who was in the car. I was not rude or belligerent, just wanted to know why she was in the spot without a handicap license or placque.
