1st time in the store. I had multiple conversations with the woman at the desk about sizing. I purchased a top in a size Small. They never informed me that all sales are final.(what retailer does this anymore except for clearance items?) A couple of days later I tried it on at home and it doesn't fit. Way too big, . They refuse to exchange it for a top that will fit me. I paid $36. After saying something to them on their fb page. She insisted they "typically" let people know that they don't take returns and encourage people to try items on in the store. They did not tell me this. This shirt won't fit anyone in my family as we are all S or XS. Shop at TJMaxx instead. Even Walmart sells better quality. Very...

What a beautiful shop this is. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Mint By Robin. I have shopped there a number of times -- whether it was for myself, for family or for friends. During Covid, Robin shipped me items where the wait time was not long at all. She is friendly and helpful as well as the others that may have helped out at her shop. So many styles to choose from, reasonably priced. Found some great holiday gifts last time I was there. I will continue stopping in -- love to see all the new styles she brings in. Glad you opened up shop! I do have to say that I was very surprised by the very few unkind reviews and believe they have this store mixed...

Cute things but when I wanted to visit the store was closed even though it said it was open on Google. So I tried again another day, I even called in to make sure they were open so I wouldn't have to drive 30-40 minutes for them to just be closed. When I called them said they were open until 6 so I drove and they were closed. It said they were going to open late on the door and on the phone I wasn't told about this. Please make sure if you're closing on a day to update your hours on Google or if you're opening late at least leave the time you're coming back on the door as well. Extremely...
