I have passed by this place countless times during my many visits to this area. My family has property in the Poconos, very close by to Milford, so I have been traveling here for years and on a fairly frequent basis. I've probably gone in this establishment a handful or so times throughout the years, but not for a very long time, until recently. Although, I have browsed their (weather permitted) outdoor displays a time or two during summer, whenever I noticed them in passing.
This thrift store has two floors, but just enough space to walk around in, lol. It's jam-packed with all sorts of awesome thrift finds! The main thing it seems to have to offer is a huge variety of clothes (for both men and women), which you can find on both levels. However, it also has a very large selection of other things, such as accessories (sunglasses, hats, jewelry - both real and fake, etc), a wide variety of figurines, bags/ purses, knives/ katanas/ swords, and so much more! Just about every inch of this place is full of things to choose from. You can even browse items on the staircase as you walk up or down the stairs - which I love!
Unfortunately, I didn't have a lot of time to spend here during my last visit, but I'll bet you could probably spend all day here and still have things left to see, lol.
All the items I checked out were fairly priced, I believe. I didn't come across anything super expensive or overpriced, but again, I was just lightly looking around, without any real aim other than to just browse around. I mostly stuck to the clothing, jewelry, and bags/purses. There might be some super awesome collectibles of sorts that might actually be pricey (as most collectible items tend to be, lol) , but I didn't come across any.
The only issue I had with this place is that I wish the clothes were better organized. They're sectioned off by gender (for the most part), but it would make looking through them so much easier if they were sorted by size or even by type (IE: dresses, pants, coats, etc). It got to a feel a little overwhelming sorting through so many clothing items and trying to find my size in anything.
Overall, I think this is a super charming thrift store with a LOT to offer. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They even mentioned having a second thrift store in the same area and recommended for us to check out their other location, too. I came here with my daughter, and we both got matching rings, and she also got a small purse that she really enjoys.
I am definitely planning on coming back here during one of my next visits to Milford (which will be soon, i'm sure), and I would also like to check out their...
