Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

This is the first time I've encountered such customer service. I made the order today at about 3pm. When I ordered a drink, they didn't even bother to tell me the price, so we stood there for about a minute just waiting for something. as it turned out, she was expecting my payment. I guess I should have somehow miraculously figured this out myself? when my order was ready they didn't even tell me. apparently here I also had to use some miraculous abilities to find out about this. terrible mood after visiting this place.please teach...

Really really slow service. One of the two workers decided to stock the items outside the barista stand while customers waited to place their orders. Waited 8 minutes for order to be taken. The other barista started to make my tea (hot water in a cup) but stopped to check out people. Then started another coffee before the finished pouring my hot water. Sorry, not acceptable. Go to the one up the street instead, these team members...
