After getting three outrageous 5 figure estimates from local Miami video businesses to hang an 8'2'' x 5' video wall in an ocean front bar, I saw the prices in the ad from XColorLedUSA on Facebook. They were almost 50% less than the prices we were given by SE Florida video wall contractors (including the shipping from Seattle area to Ft Lauderdale.) After talking with the owner Mr. Li, the estimates that he sent me were so competitive that I flew from Ft. Lauderdale to Seattle to verify that the establishment was legitimate and products I was interested in purchasing was readily available and in stock as he promised. Once I arrived in Seattle, Mr. Li picked me up and took me to his offices and warehouse. I was very pleased to see that everything he had promised was true. The owner of the bar/restaurant I was representing wired the money, the equipment arrived as expected and after installation, the customer support was excellent. Using TeamViewer, they programmed the video wall remotely and we were up and showing content within hours of installation. I had the crazy idea of using an LED Wall in my backyard for this year's Superbowl. I looked into renting for thousands of dollars and after searching I started getting Facebook ads from all sorts of companies selling LED walls. I started a text message conversation with Sherry at xColorLED, and she was very helpful and taught me everything to know about LED panels. She was very patient and answered question after question. I also got quotes from other companies and was confident xColorLED was giving me the best price. I waited until the last minute and placed the order less than a week before Superbowl. Sherry made sure the order was packed up and shipped in time to get it to me before the big event. When it arrived I set it up and did have questions and Sherry and Zi were available after hours on a weekend to help make sure I was set up and happy. I LOVE my new LED wall. It was a huge hit for my Superbowl party and I am sure it will give our family and neighborhood parties fun for many years to come. I am very happy with the quality of the product.
