Pretty disappointed and def not coming here again to false information. The ladies were nice but I bought the Vitamin C serum for SkinCeutucals and the very same day I brought it, I opened it and it was orange. I went back to show the lady and she goes “oh, that’s the right color, it’s always like that.” She proceeded to say, this is the training they got.
I knew this was wrong and tried explaining how it was already oxidized. She argued with saying I was basically wrong.
I took it upon myself to order from the SkinCeuticals website directly and I just got my order. The Vitamin C serum was clear, just as I expected.
The employees need to be retrained and look up facts before arguing with customers on something that is right when it is wrong. You can even go to Google to see the difference. For $160+ per bottle, please give the right information.
