I absolutely adore club pilates! It's such a fantastic workout and I appreciate how experienced and helpful the instructors are. I had been going intermittently and recently stopped other memberships elsewhere so that I could just work with them. Whether you are brand new or have been doing pilates for a long time - they have classes to make sure all levels are catered to. They always make sure that you are doing your exercises with the correct form with helpful tips and instructions and can give you modifications if you are working through an injury. Read moreThis is one of the only reviews I’m writing unprompted and this is genuinely because I can’t imagine any other Pilates studio being more accommodating, kind and welcoming. I haven’t had the opportunity to attend classes by every instructor but all the ones I’ve met are professional, caring and encouraging (special shoutout to Ms. January and Ms. Kelly!). The space is also always meticulously clean. Not to mention, there are always plenty of free parking nearby so coming here is so easy. I typically take a Tuesday evening class with Doug and I'm always looking forward to this class! Doug focuses on alignment and is always very clear with his directions.
