I purchased my diamond wedding band at Jarads in July of 2018. I loved the ring but my only issue was it was 6mm thick. I have fairly large hands so I thought the ring was getting lost on my hand. My wife and I searched high and low for 4 years for a possible replacement. I had purchased a few tungsten rings which were 8Mm wide but still wanted my diamond white gold band. We went into Jarads in Erie Pa and where looking to maybe trade it in when Cheryl Briggs the sales associate in jarads said hey , I have an idea. Why don’t we take your band in and send it out to have 2 2mm thick bands made to go on either side and you will have your wide band and still have your diamond band. She put together a sketch on showed me. I loved the look. So she sent my original band out to be worked on and have the size I wanted. Today I went to pick up my ring. To say I was beyond happy with the finished product is an understatement. This ring came out BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Never ever thought I would have the wedding band of my dreams and Cheryl knocked it out of the park with this !!! If you want to be extremely happy with your jewelry I highly recommend going into Jarads and seeing Cheryl Briggs and the entire staff in Erie pa. I absolutely love this Jared location! Even though it’s the closest one to me, it's still a 2-hour drive each way, so it takes 8+ hours of driving for just one repair service—but it’s worth every minute! Today, I made the trip with my toddler to pick up my wedding bands, and wouldn’t you know it, he fell asleep just 10 minutes from the store. I called ahead to see if they could bring my rings out to me so I wouldn’t have to wake him, and they graciously agreed! Cheryl went above and beyond, making several trips to my car to confirm my identity and ensure a smooth and secure pick-up process.

Cheryl was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional throughout the whole experience. Not only was the service exceptional, but the quality of the repair on my wedding rings was perfect! I’m thrilled to finally have my wedding band back, and I can’t wait to surprise my husband with his ring after we’ve been without it for a couple of months.

After looking online at a lot of different websites, I decided to visit a couple of Jewelers in store to find an engagement ring for my lovely girlfriend. Jared was one of my first stops. The first visit was a little overwhelming with so many different options, even after looking at lots of rings online as well as knowing the diamond classifications. However, Jack was extremely helpful and gave me useful information, calming a lot of the nervousness I had. Later, I looked at their website online and found the perfect setting. I ordered it to be shipped to the store location. After the setting came in, Jack and Cheryl helped me find the right diamond to match the setting. After just feeling overwhelmed after my first visit, I really enjoyed finding the perfect diamond for the ring, and the two of them were a lot of fun to work with. After my experience, I definitely recommend going into the store and talking to them, as they really helped me pick the perfect ring.
