Cell Again — Local services in Millcreek

I came in to visit on the afternoon of July 22nd to get my screen on my phone fixed. To start the girl working was really rude and put out that I even was there. I explained my situation and she said we dont have the screen in stock here but they do at the west valley location. She said she would take my phone and it would be done by 4:00 the next day and they would call me. She Oddly didn't want my name either which was strange. Anyways 4:00 came around the next day and I had not heard anything. Tried calling the store during open hours and the phone went straight to voice mail for at least 30 minutes. Feeling pretty frustrated I drove down to the location to find a man just sitting there doing nothing. (Can't answer the phone apparently). I asked what the status on my phone was and he said they have to order the parts and it could take up to a week. Yet no body even called me or let me know what was going on so I knew how long to wait. All I was told was that they 100 percent had the screen in stock and would be done by 4. But not even a courtesy call to let me know anything or how long it would take etc. I took my phone to another company up the street and they fixed my screen in 1 business day and were honest up front and professional. Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any business. Very lame!! I would not...

What an amazing experience. I had a cell phone that the volume button on the side was stuck. I tried to fix it the way Apple store told me to do it but had very bad luck with it. Apple told me that if they tried to fix it the cost might not be worth it. Then they recommended 2 places in the area. I went to the first one at the freeway exit of I-15 and 4500 S (I won't put the name of the place out of respect) but the customer service was awful and they didn't give me a solution to the problem. Until I went to CELL AGAIN, and things took a different turn. The person who took care of me from the beginning was extremely nice and kind, her name was Emily. She from the beginning with a greeting and impeccable attention offered a solution. In less than a week she had the phone ready and fixed. At the end the phone was in perfect condition and needed something very minimal. Thank you for the selfless attention. I recommend this place to anyone with a cellphone issue, not only for the customer service but also because the prices are very reasonable as well. Thanks...

My phone suddenly died and got stuck in a boot loop this week, and I was scrambling to find a phone repair store to quickly help out. The first store I went to wasn't particularly helpful, and Cell Again was the second store that I went to, and I'm glad I did.

Darius was extremely helpful, did a diagnostic on my phone and found that the motherboard was broken. I would either have to ship it for custom solder repair, or get a new phone. After going to Best Buy and being underwhelmed by their availability of Samsung phones, I went back to Cell Again the next day and bought one of their unlocked refurbished Samsung phones for a reasonable price. Darius also took off the price of the diagnostic from the price of the phone sale, which I was incredibly grateful for.
