Id rather give a 0 stars but the nail tech Lily is the only reason I kept returning. However, the last 2 times I’ve gotten my nails filled and painted the quality wasn’t as great as the first time I initially went there. My first Fill was with Li and she is very inattentive when it comes to her customers, or maybe it’s just me and my mom. Lily was always really sweet and very friendly and attentive to everyone she met. The last few times the quality was not top notch but her service was. There was a time that called ahead and specifically asked for Lily and I felt the owner, Li, was offended by my request to have Lily and I say that by the her reaction to how we greeted each other when I got there. Both my mom and I decided to just take the nails off all together to give our nails a break and apparently according to Li, Lily had retired “because she has a rich husband that can just take care of her. So she retired early.” That’s not exactly something you tell or say to a customer. Anyhow in the process of removing the acrylic nails on the first hand she never soaked them to make the removal process easier she just started popping them off which on a few hurt, no reaction but then quickly placed the other hand in a dish to soak but it wasn’t in there long enough to make a difference. She then proceeded to pop off the other nails and really went to town on the yanking of one and that really hurt. Again she was not even phased by the reaction being given that it hurt. And jaggedly cut the nails and said go wash your hands. Next was my mom her hands were more sensitive than mine and she was more vocal about the pain. Li just kept going not caring, my mom even tried to communicate with her but she had he AirPods in listening to a podcast and texting someone while doing the removal. Literally spent quite some time not on the nails and just texting. That’s disrespectful to us as customers and disrespectful to our time. The way they had done my moms nails and thwre ended up being water damage because nails not properly sealed at the back of the nail caused part of the nail to turn green. And she blamed my mom for that. She also warmly greeted 3 women that came in after us whereas she sat in a pedicure seat for a few minutes initially while I waited for her to come help me. She left our nails rough and jagged. Customer service definitely lacks here and with Lilly being gone I definitely won’t ever go back. And to get in someone’s face at the end when discussing the total charge, she’s lucky it was my mom paying because per the service we both received a tip was NOT warranted. Please do better with your customer service, spend less time on your phone and be more attentive to the person sitting in front of you receiving and paying for...
Read moreI had only been here 3 times. First time had a pedicure service was great and so was pricing. Second time I went right before Christmas for a pedicure and full set everything was good except the lady who did my nails I believe she was the owner she kept trying to upsell gel nails, eyelash service. The entire time she was stating business hasn’t been good since inflation and she insisted on me getting my lashes done and I kept declining extra services. I came today for a fill and pedicure she tried to charge me $30 for a fill, she charged me $35 last time for a full set and when I asked why am I being charged full price for a full set, she stated they don’t do regular polish at that business but I just had a new set done by her 2 weeks ago and you have a full wall of regular polish so she was trying to scam me and upsell once again. I said no and said if you’re going to charge me full price I want a new set with regular polish again and she refused and wanted me to do gel fill $30, I understand your business isn’t doing to well but trying to scam your customers and force an upsell is not the way to run a business. I ended up leaving. I didn’t have a problem paying but trying to scam me and force me to pay for something I don’t want . Don’t bother going here this lady is desperate...
Read moreMy appt was for 9 am Sat morning. Le sent a text saying she would be a few minutes late. At 9:45 am she drove into the parking lot. I sat down in her chair at 10:05 am to start my manicure. In the middle of the mani she got a phone call and stopped the mani, moved me to the pedi chair and proceeded to give me my pedi. While sitting there I picked out my polish. As most of you know they are numbered. I gave her my number, leaned back and enjoyed the massage chair. Fast forward to finished with pedi. As I got up to move to the mani chair I stated to Le that the polish color looked different than the color I selected. She assured me it was the same number I had selected. As she painted my nails I commented twice the shade of color did not match what I had selected, again she assured me it was the same number. At this point she started speaking in her native language to the other worker who went and got another bottle of polish, brought it over and compared the two. By this time she was finished with my nails. I commented again that I did not believe it was the color I selected. Therefore I would not tip her. I paid her and left. I like Le. She is good with nails and she is fast. Deceiving paying customers is bad business. So unless you take your own polish...
