I have gone to this place for a couple years and I always liked it before. In Fact my first appt my hair was amazing because I was able to lighten my hair finally. Our goal was to get my hair to my natural color since I had darker hair but I am a dirty blonde (so we think hard to know i've died it so much). I noticed the visit before the one I just had my color was where I wanted it but it seemed uneven and I just brushed it off. Then I went in for my recent one and I told my stylist I don't want to change the color I like where we are at so really I just needed roots touched up and trimming. She was late to my appt so she was rushing through my hair and had another stylist help her and it made me worried because I wasn't sure if they were making it even but I am not a hair styles so I kept quiet. When I first saw it after it was done it looked fine but I wasn't thrilled that she again went LIGHTER after I said I was good with how it was. Then when I was rung up the price was even more expensive than before. How is that possible when I wasnt suppose to have nearly aht I had in the past done. No warning of price increase and it was almost 300 bucks!! I got home and after showering and straightening my hair I cried! It looks like a cheetah pattern. It is so bad I have random hair colors everywhere and different lengths of colors from my roots. I am posting pics although they don't even give it justice to how bad it is. And to pay $280 for a hair I hate, I am a nursing student I can't afford to just get my hair done whenever so it will take me awhile to save up again to get this fixed. If you are like me and thought your first one wasn't good but want to brush it off then DONT go with your gut!

I always come and see Paige to manage my thick long Asian hair! She gives it lots of movement and body 🥹 and always so so sweet to talk to. Go see her! 💖

This was the worst salon experience l've ever had. I came in for highlights ahead of several important events this week. The stylist made my hair way too dark. It was completely the opposite of what I asked for. She then had to do a second round of highlights to try and fix it. At one point, I had three different people working on my hair. After all of that, my hair still looks awful. The color is blotchy and uneven, and my hair feels damaged. I actually cried in the salon because it was so bad. One of the part owners came and helped but when I teared up she kept questioning why I was so upset and kept saying it would "look better in a few weeks.” Now I'm stuck with damaged hair I'm embarrassed to be seen with, right before events I had been looking forward to. And despite everything, I was still charged hundreds of dollars. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, and I hope others can avoid going through what I did. I'm attaching photos to show just how bad the results were. 1st picture is from the day before I went to the salon so you can see how bright it was before I came in. 2nd picture is when my hair was blown out after the first round of botched highlights. 3rd picture is how my hair looked at home after leaving the salon. There is one spot in the middle of my head that is light and everything else is dark. It looks so trashy.

Grrrr... I'm a little mad right now... I went and got a hair cut at Studio H2o salon in the fashion place mall this afternoon. I'd just been to breakfast with my boyfriend. Wore my favorite dress. Felt pretty! The woman cutting my hair from the moment I got there she was rude! She was 20 minutes late arriving to work to cut my hair, idk why they assigned me to her if she wasn't there. She was rushing around and didn't care. She asked me very first, not "how are you?" But actually if I was pregnant because I was wearing a maxi dress and tapped on my tummy. "No!" I told her. She doesn't apologize at all, it's like she didn't hear me! There were women there with their mouths hanging open! She brings me back to wash my hair and she said "do you ever dye your hair? Because it looks like your natural color." I said "i used to dye it" and then she stands in front of me, taps her belly and she says "yeah I diet all the time, but I just don't know. I work out, but I can't get skinny." And looked at my tummy like I'd understand because I'm fat... she walked away from the sink and expected me to follow back to the chair. I was in shock. Other women who heard her were in shock! The stylists first language was obviously Spanish as she spoke with a broken accent so I'm thinking maybe she just doesn't understand English... But then she starts cutting my hair and literally she couldn't get it even! She wasn't listening at all! She chopped 4" or more, not because it needed a trim, but because she couldn't get the sides even!!! So I finally just said "ok I need to talk to someone else." Ripped my cape off and was about to leave. The manager came over and the woman wanted to stay there too. I told her to leave. She leaves and I explain everything to the manager. She instantly was able to fix my hair, fix my bangs, and finished. I gave the manager the tip because she was great! But the other woman, my god!! I've never been more angry in all my life getting...

I had my haircut by Elena on January 8th and have cried every day since. She was 20 minutes late and had the receptionist wash my hair. I had a picture of the cut I wanted, basically about 3 inches shorter and shaped. She said no problem she can do that. She was taking and taking about her daughter and spending the holidays in NY. She was combing the back of my hair and then she cut it so short that my full neck was showing! I freaked out! She said dont worry it will be longer in the front. Well what a got was a "A line" which was not even close to what I wanted and she cut off 6 inches instead of 3 and I ended up with a completely different hairstyle that I wanted. and the sad part, it's a terrible haircut. One side longer than the other and then in the one section there is a bunch of several short peices of hair. I am so embarrassed of my hair and the way I look I dont even want to do anything. When friends and family seen me the comments I got was" oh wow, it will grow back" and " it's not that bad" and " it's not you or your style" and "the sides look better than the back" and "way to short, its makes you look old" and " you paid for that"?.....well you may wonder why I havent contact her to fix it. Well I would end up with a pixie even if someone else fixed it. But seriously, dont trust her. How the hell did she come up with this haircut. She screwed up and she knew it!! I wouldn't recommend Elena if she was cutting hair free. You might as well go the the school to get a haircut, at least there is an experienced stylist there over seeing the cut. The killer about this, my hair grows so slow that it will be a year before it will even grow to the length I wanted. If you have to go to this salon make sure and ask for someone besides Elena. Horrible...
