I received an iPad from Tekhouz through backmarket. The device arrived with the screen lifted off of the base of the device. Initially it was relatively small, so I did not return the device, but over the next several weeks it delaminated further and performance of the device was effected. Eventually the screen began cracking. Tekhouze insisted that we dropped the device which then became delaminated, which was not true. Despite purchasing the extended warranty through back market they insisted the damage was not covered. So I had to eat the cost of the device with no resolution.
