Food is good. The beef quality is excellent.

I wished the soup bowls were bigger and had more soup. Doesn't feel like there is enough to cook all the beef they provide.

3 stars for the service though. They never really come by to refill water even though water cups are empty.

Would have given 4 stars but gave 3 for this reason. When my party approached the cashier we asked to try to pay using our card on our phone. We were immediately told no and that apple pay doesn't work. We told her it was samsung pay that it is exactly the same as swiping a card. She said it doesn't work and asked us how were we going to pay. We had to tell her 3 seperate times we had cash on hand because she kept asking while we explained how the phone card worked. She still refused. We had to take the credit card scanner from behind her desk, put the phone where you swipe the card and IT WORKED! She then proceeded to print our receipt and asked us how to do it. We explained it to her again. She had been doing it wrong her entire time as the cashier. Not once did the cashier apologize or smile. I understand not everyone can be happy all the time but this lady had an attitude the entire time. She did not seem like the type to fit in for service work.

This is a shame since it's my party's favorite pho place ever since it opened. They visit at least once a week.

Tip for the restaurant. They have good food. Beef is excellent. Would come here again for the food. Shying away because of the non friendly...

My party of 3 visited on a Saturday afternoon. We were at the mall and had been craving a Vietnamese coffee when we came across this restaurant.

You have to wait to be seated. There was a lot of people but we were seated quickly after being helped.

We each ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and it tasted perfectly - not too sweet and not too strong. Just the right balance of ingredients.

I ordered the vermicelli grilled pork and shrimp thinking that it was a bowl. It came to me as a surprise when I was handed a plate of ingredients to make my own wraps. Regardless of my error, it was delicious. They give you a large serving of meat, and the sauce that comes with the meal was very savory. Normally I need extra sauce but it was the perfect amount.

They have a robot they use to deliver items but unfortunately, it was not used for our table.

Do not wait for the server to hand you your bill. There is a register near the entrance for you to pay.

Food was not good pho broth was very water down and has no flavor. The worst part was the terrible service and very rude waitress. The waitress took our order with an attitude and acted like they’re giving out free food or something. We had to asked them twice for napkins and the waitress yelled at us that she was getting them. My parents were much older than her so it was very disrespectful. No one checked in on us at all and no one brought the check even though they only had a couple customers in a large restaurant. After paying I realized they charged us twice for service/tip! So be careful when you’re paying the bill. I’m guessing they’re not getting much tip due to terrible service and how awful they treat their paying customers so this is their shady way to overcharge you. We ate at many Vietnamese restaurants where services are not that great but this is by far the worst. The empty tables should have been a red flag. Never ever...
