Charleys Philly Steaks — Restaurant in Milpitas

On August 13, I made a purchase at Charlay’s Cheese Steaks. Before placing my order, I confirmed with the cashier that I wanted a chicken cheesesteak with lettuce, bell pepper, mushroom, onion, and light mayonnaise. I also ordered six boneless wings, lemon pepper flavor, with a side of Buffalo sauce.

When I received my order, the wings were overcooked and extremely hard to eat. My sandwich was missing the bell pepper, mushroom, and onion; it only contained lettuce, chicken, cheese, and an excessive amount of mayonnaise.

On August 21, the owner, Sylvia, claimed that she reviewed the CCTV footage and confirmed that the cooks had included the requested toppings on the sandwich. However, the footage and screenshots she provided are of poor quality and blurry. Upon reviewing them, I do not see any evidence of the bell pepper, mushroom, or onion being added to the sandwich.

This situation reflects a misrepresentation of my order and raises concerns about food quality and honesty in handling...

March 2025 Review: 5 stars Their fries and chicken wings are good!!! Their fries were long and hot! Chicken wings were a little crispy and buffalo flavor isn’t that spicy too. Fries were good. The strawberry lemonade was really sweet. Don’t stir it, otherwise it’s VERY, VERY SWEET.

Sandwich? VERY DRY, SUPER BLAND AND HAS NO FLAVOR AT ALL. If I can give it a zero, I would. I love vegetables but this one has vegetables that smelled like garbage.

Very disappointing. I would not recommend it unless you’re super hungry and you have nothing else to...

Bad service. Very bad service. 1st they messed up wuth my drink. And while i was eating they called me back from my table and asked me to pay them more cz it was a different Drink. Argued for 10 mins.. I said i dont want this drink and i havnt even touched it . still he said pay the difference . i said your employee messed uo with the order. And i want what i order not this. And they denied that. I dont think i ever gave a 1 star to...
