The only reason I can give Dicks Sporting Goods a 5 is because of Jaleah. The first time I came in to look at a treadmill I asked the attendant and he just pointed to where they were. NO HELP. NO ONE came around to see what I needed. I got someone to get the one I was going to purchase. I had done my research but they did not know that or even asked if I had any questions. It was a bad experience. I can understand why their rating is a 3.7 and I think that Is too high based on my experience. When I got home, I realized the receipt thy gave me was hard to read and was having a difficult time using the unit. I called because I needed a duplicate copy of the receipt and when we put the unit together needed help with the treadmill. I called and got Jaleah on the phone. She really was on top of her game. I came back in and she went through the treadmill with me and showed me how to work it. She took a lot of time with me. She was wonderful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She went through a lot of trouble to get me a duplicate copy of the receipt. I believe she is not only a beautiful face of Dicks Sporting but the only beautiful face...

i have been here a couple of times , the first one i was getting a birthday gift for my father, i told the girl at the register if she was familiar with the app afterpay and she had no clue what was that, this location and many more like old navy , forever 21 , carhartt offer this where you can make payments on purchases, in store or online, well i didnt have a good experience in both occacions i had to explain to them this as they made me feel all weird for even asking to be able to pay with afterpay they had no clue on how to use it i literally had part of the crew looking at me all weird or standing by the register tryin to figure it out calling managers and making it and talking out loud about this , i would love to see your crew trained on these matters the crew seems young and unexperienced on costumer service since is the company offering this way of payment to buy their products try to avoid making costumers feel weird or being judge for trying to buy and pay with this...

Purchased the Schwinn Signature Boys’ Thrasher 24’’ Mountain Bike from Dick’s Sporting Goods, and I’m very happy with it. The bike is solidly built with a durable frame and smooth gear shifting, making it ideal for both casual rides and tougher trails. The 24-inch wheels provide a stable ride, and the overall design is sleek and attractive.

However, I’m giving it 4 stars because of a couple of small issues. The seat could be more comfortable for longer rides, but that’s something that can easily be fixed with a cushion or replacement. Also, the assembly process took a bit longer than expected due to the instructions not being as clear as they could be.
