I was asked to pick a scoffold i purchased at the back dock. Four pieces in the box. Store manager was right there, asked if they could take it out of the box because i didnt have anywhere to dispose of trash on that jobsite. Trash dumpsters were right there four feet away. Manager immediately got an attitude because I asked them to do that for me but they did it kinda. Left other wrapping materials in my truck. When I was pulling away I said thank you for doing that for me. Manager just walked off not replying acting like I really put them out for asking for that simple favor. If the manager of that store has a non customer service attitude like that I can imagine the employees do also because. In business customer service is everything and it makes a difference. Who ever hired this manager for this store needs to take a look at who they hired. I won't be back to this store I'll take my business to the Weatherford...

Went to the harbour freight in mineral wells to purchase a ladder that I had been waiting to go on sale for some time Received email this morning about Black Friday sale that had my item. Went to store and was told they had sold out. I asked for a rain check and was told by manager that they would not do that stated that the sale was while supply last I showed him my email that stated nothing about while supplies last and also picked up their printed ad that said nothing about while supplies last. I love smalll town shopping. Jayden went above and beyond. He got a tape measure and helped me measure the box and my vehicle to ensure it would fit before I purchased it. He got the item off the shelf not once but twice and because it was ackward and heavy, he even loaded it into my Jeep for me. I REALLY appreciate ALL he did. Two thumbs up...
