Worst hair braiding experience ever. What I wanted done, & the mess that was put in my head 🤯. Then me taking it down the same day! I send a copy of the style in question, they say they can do it. So, I get there with that expectation. Well, unbeknownst to me they are clueless and now frustrated with me because I let them know the style wasn’t acceptable, & looked nothing like the photo. Now, this is after I allowed another, if you will, braider to give it a go. At this point all the employees are uncouth. The so called owner starts making nasty 🤢 remarks about how certain kinds of people skip out without paying the bill 💸. Well I tell y’all what, this mess was not worthy of a hit and run. Hands 🙌🏾 down 👎🏾. This is the first time I ever left a salon 💇🏽‍♀️ and immediately, undid my do. I’m just saying, you must be a joke🃏🎪🤹🏾‍♀️ to ever believe you should be paid 💵 for a sloppy service. My daughter that’s 4 years old got her hair braided here today & they where amazing with her. They was patient, Not irritated, Kind & They were professional great customer service even when my baby was crying. They still was patient and trying to make her feel as comfortable as possible.
