This place don’t even deserve 1 star.. I came to them with the intent of purchasing furniture for my entire house. The first time I came in, I had questions on which sofas to choose from. They didn’t help much and would say “take that” or that”. They didn’t welcome me in away that I can say was nice. There was a a young girl and her brother who were very kind but the guy who orders the furniture and arab lady are very rude and rush to get your money rather even helping you. I accidentally ordered a small chair with two other sofas. The guy even refused to show me a pic of how the chair looked and said “this is our policy”. His name is Martin I believe. He informed me he had ordered the chair and it should come soon. Did not give me a date of delivery. They took payment for all three sofas. After payment went through, this guy goes to tell me they would not deliver soon as the delivery guys are busy so I would have to wait. I told them my house is empty and I needed these sofas as a soon as possible. It felt like I was begging for something I had already purchased. Then he goes “do you wanna pay for delivery” I was shocked how I was being treated. It felt like his attitude changed after they had gotten the money. At this moment I knew I was never going To recut he Furinture anytime soon. The next day I called to get confirmation on delivery date and realized the small chair would not fit my living room with two other sofas. I asked the young woman who helped me the first time if I can switch the chair with a coffee table or island table chairs. She informed over the phone that I could do that and that I would need to come down to the store to make these changes. I went to the store and informed them this is what I wanted to do, the same guy who informed me on delivery told me I could not do that, and that chair was preceded and paid for and can’t be exchanged with anything else. He told me I had to take it and it would be delivered. I told him to provide other options and he just left me hanging. I even asked for this chair to be delivered to my parents home as I did not want to take to my home and he stated I need to pay for delivery. Also last minute informed me one of the sofas is damaged and that they would need to order a new one. They rushed to sell you items that they don’t even know are damaged. I waited over a week for delivery with horrible customer service. I would never purchase from these people again!! Please save yourself from this headache and take your hard earned...

Dude tried to have my car towed after indicating that I could park just once. I do delivery for a service and I needed to park, street was full so I pulled in this small lot, there were several blocked and marked spots indicating they belonged to the furniture store so I surpassed them to a unmarked unblocked spot and hopped on out to retrieve my parcel. He oozes out of the building to tell me that spot belongs to the furniture store, sure, I'll move if I must but I protest a bit and he tells me not to do it again and waves me on, fair, I consider myself a honorable person and I won't repeat a mistake. I grab my parcel and back in my car under a minute, and just as I look to reverse I'm blocked in by a tow truck. The tow driver and the mister have words, tow driver leaves and I follow on out to finish my drop. My whole thing is that instead of asking me to find a different place to park he let's me and then tries to have me towed. He has no honor. For those that feel he's in the right and I'm who is wrong, I hope someone drops...

It’s really disappointing to see that much of hatred on some reviews that are on here..the funny thing is I have been a customer of G and L furniture and I have never experienced all the negativity people are stating. I have brought thousands of customers to this place and every single one of them were highly satisfied. I am really gutted that someone have all the time in the world to use different accounts just to show Hatred, scam and also using racism comments. Never the less using fake accounts to show hatred into businesses are something the officials take very serious. I am sure G and L have a solution for every customer who are not highly satisfied. But when you use fake accounts to get your point across..that is what’s called scam,...
