left because I was not a fan of how they were treating displaced people with disabilities, I was only in the store for maybe 2 minutes before they started heckling someone I was just talking to and helping. He was kicked out and treated very poorly because they couldn't understand him due to a speech disability, he had money to buy pants and he was trying to pay them and they still kicked him out with unnecessary rudeness and pushing, wish I would have recorded it but I was more focused on makin sure this person got what they needed. The staff wouldn't even let me buy the pants for him! He went back in later because the pants were a literal necessity for him and managed to be able to buy them, but they lost my business. First and last time there, which sucks because they had nice prices (only reason its a 2 star rating and not 1) and plenty of things I wanted to buy, very dissapointing behavior. I've worked retail and fast-food for years and never witnessed such disrespect to a customer, let alone someone who's disabled and already struggling. I asked them why they did that and staff said he's been rude in the past and I'd be frustrated and snap too if staff was being unnecessarily rude to me when I was just trying to communicate my needs but was immediately met with disrespect and rudeness. I don't blame the guy for not taking disrespect, but I do blame the staff for not understanding they're in retail and you're gonna deal with people from all walks of life. There was absolutely no need for the scene STAFF caused especially when the customer was desperate but calm the...

My experience was not iffy ๐ค it was exactly how I described it and all the items that I saw at your business was used and thrown all over the place ๐ The item I was referring to unboxed and like I said the so called manager Eric was rude and dismissive. They're was nothing that I saw there in boxes unless they were hidden in the back๐ฅด. Your outreach has nothing to do with bad service.๐ And that's exactly what it was..Finโ๐ฟ

This place is unorganized, and prices are to high for donations.๐ Some guy named Eric who is supposed to be a supervisor is dismissive and rude. Asked for a price on an item and asked for him to show me the item and how it worked stated that it would be a liability for me to see it opened before I purchased it ๐ค Uhh look around your store..The whole store is a liability!! Please stop selling things if customers can't test them out ! Also be prepared for anything when you come over in this area..๐ฅด Some lady got her window busted out while in the store...
ย ย ย Read moreI feel bad about leaving a bad review of this place since I was able to find what I was looking for, but most of the people in the store and some of the volunteers weren't wearing masks. No social distancing - the people in line behind me were insanely close to me (like within a foot or less) for some reason - why would you insist on standing that close to someone else, especially during a pandemic?
There was one maskless customer who was openly coughing the entire time I was there. There were like 3 volunteers in the immediate area and no one said anything to him, but I guess if they aren't wearing masks, why would they care if anyone else does or not?
You can find some decent stuff at this store, but it's not worth the risk. If I had known how careless everyone was gonna be about wearing masks, etc., I wouldn't have...
