I placed an order for in store pick up because I didn’t care to pay for shipping on a 15 dollar cardigan or to reach the 80 dollar minimum for free shipping. I went in to pick up my order on Thursday 8/28 around 4 pm. I walked into the store and was the only one in there. There were two young ladies behind the counter sitting down on their phones. Me and my friend came in around 5pm on a Tuesday looking last minute for a graduation dress. The lady helping us was so kind, giving us suggestions to find what we liked, and helped us in our selection, finally I found a dress that fit me beautifully only to find that it had a 3in hole on the side. The lady working instantly offered to sew it up for free and gave the dress to me half off for the inconvenience.
