Jaxen Grey delivered the best customer service we've experienced in a men's store. We entered and were greeted right away. A few seconds later Ty asked what brought us in. We contemplated saying but knew it would help find us the most perfect outfit. Dean said " I need to find an outfit for my sons Celebration of Life." Ty did not hesitate to give him a big hug. It truly was an authentic moment. Ty then said "tell me all about your son" while he started to gather information and pull shirts for Dean. We said we had our own pants but needed shirts and shoes. Dean had just gotten a rainbow tattoo on his arm that we wanted to show. Also, Dean had been on a weight loss journey so didn't know his size. Ty was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and stepped in when necessary. He was not overbearing. Ty offered us a drink of choice and gave a pair of socks for Dean to use when trying on shoes. All these special details is what sets Jaxen Grey apart. We left feeling very good about our purchases- 2 shirts and shoes. I went to the Ridgedale location of Jaxen Grey with my brother and I was floored by the incredible customer service we received from Triston Clark. My brother specifically needed beachwear for a wedding in North Carolina (formal for the wedding, business casual for a brunch and more lounge-y for the after party). Triston was with us for over an hour, giving us amazing advice and feedback in a way that was so warm, kind, and fun. He even brought me a little wine & my bro a beer -- Whaaat??
