This is the WORST Pandora store ever!!!!! ASSOCIATES ARE STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! Terrible service at this location for a years!!!!!!! I made an online order with pick up at this store, item was only there left. In the next half an hour I received notification that it is ready for pick up. In the next few minutes a got notification saying that MY ORDER BEING PICKED UP, I immediately call them. Associate says they still have my order and they going to clean it. When I arrived at the store I was told that I need to BUY IT AGAIN. I was shocked that instead of receiving a paid order I need to pay for it again. There was no cancellation or refund for this order. Just because management did mistake and wrongly marked MY ORDER WAS PICKED UP and NOW IT DOES NOT SHOW IN AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP or whatever they wasn’t even explained to me WHY SHOULD I PAY AGAIN. Manager - Holly, was rudely telling me to buy it again without providing any evidence or confirmation that it being cancelled. Transaction went through, I was charged. I received notification that my order is ready to pick up and next notification about it was PICKED UP before I even left my house. I called the customer service and they said there was no cancellation on any other issue.    Read moreI had a terrible customer service experience at this location, particularly with the sales associate Paige (Employee #184790). Her attitude made my friend and me feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience. She did not smile, attempt to connect, or ask about the purpose of our visit.
Initial Visit (December 11th):
My friend and I made separate purchases totaling $260.
-We were not informed about any sales or promotions we could have benefited from.
-The associate mentioned we didn’t qualify for a promotion but failed to suggest combining our purchases or adding another item to meet the requirement.
As a cardholder and loyal customer, I felt undervalued. This experience has left me seriously reconsidering my decision to shop here, and I can no longer recommend this store to friends or family.
Follow-Up Visit 12/14/2024:
I returned to the store hoping to resolve the issue or speak with a manager. Instead, the same associate argued with me in front of other customers. At that point, the problem wasn’t about the promotional free bracelet anymore—it was about the poor customer service and wasted time.
She refused to honor the promotion, claiming the bracelet was no longer available.
She even suggested I shop elsewhere, which was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional.
I am appalled and deeply disappointed by this experience. Such treatment does not align with the expectations I have as a loyal customer.

During our time there, three sales associates were on the clock and were very unwelcoming and provided only the bare minimum customer service. We felt like an inconvenience to the team during our time, receiving minimal assistance from the team and barely a smile. The shopping experience was awful as they continued minding their own business and interacted among themselves. I did not know my size and instead of the associate allowing me the option to try on in person, she handed me a ring size measuring tool kit to bring home. One sales associate even asked if we were going to wear our items right away so she wouldn’t have to bag them. It’s a jewelry story - why wouldn’t you automatically bag a customers jewelry so they can carefully take it home?
Given this experience, we recommend not visiting this location and giving your business elsewhere. Similar reviews for this location indicate ongoing issues with customer service that management has not addressed. We will...
