100% the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Walked in and was ignored by the sales associate, no biggie. Someone else walks in probably 5 minutes later and they’re all smiles greeting them and asking how they can help. Again, I don’t think too much of it. The other girl heads in to the fitting room before me, no one said anything to her so I assumed I can just go in, until another associate comes RUNNING after me, literally yelling at me so I don’t go into the fitting room. She asks me if I’m trying that on, I say yes, and she says when I’m done I need to bring the dress back to her, which I find really strange. I don’t know if it was because I look like I don’t fit their demographic or what the issue was, but I was mortified.

The whole time I felt like they were just watching me, making me feel like I’m some sort of criminal. I’ve never left a place so quick after trying a simple $30 sale dress on. I will never, ever go back here. I work in a store a couple doors down from them and I can’t ever imagine treating a customer so poorly, and I hope they take this review seriously and train their...

Spent over an hour in here looking at prom dresses. Worker here was great at first. She offered to place our dress on hold for an hour as my daughter and I could talk over her choices of two dresses within the Posh Love store. 45 minutes later we walk in to purchase the dress. Only to find out that they took the dress off of the hold rack for someone to try in on. As we stand there watching another girl try it on nothing was said. Obviously upset I did speak to the worker who offered that I drive 50 miles one way to go to another store....no! If I wanted to do that I would have started there....as we stood by the register we watched the dress be sold to the other girl. No apologies at all. And unfortunately nothing said to the other girl as she walked out excited about the shoes she was going to buy to go with the dress as my daughter was standing there watching her dress pick leave...HOW AWFUL....If you don't hon or holds...don't offer!!!...

I would rate it a 0!!!!!!!. I had the Worst shopping experience I've ever had today shopping here. I found a dress, and told the lady working the front area that I would like a changing room, she was sharp toned and rude toward me and said "You have to wait there's a line!" I feel the way she handled it was inappropriate. I went in and changed, I needed a size bigger of one. So, I headed from the changing room to go get a bigger size, when she once again made a scene, she moved her body in front of mine, so I couldnt walk forward. I calmly explained that I needed a larger size, she then yelled at me to go back in to get the other dress from the changing room. She seemed like she was BODY SHAMING me in front of everyone at the store, and made me go grab the other dress which was sitting in view of her the whole time. I felt so humiliated, ugly, and deeply disrespected. She made a big scene, all because I needed a bigger...
