First, the manager brought a wrong item in a box. Second, her assistant's mind seemed to be scattered, so she almost forgot to put one of my items in a bag. Since I bought 5 heavy marble items, I asked them to put the items in two bags, but her assistant showed me unpleasant facial expressions, and moved my items very roughly, and I heard the sounds of the marbles hitting on the floor. I was very uncomfortable, because I felt I was treated differently in a bad way. The manager of the Minnetonka store didn't care, neither, so I directly drove to the Edina store without opening the items, and explained the incident the Edina manager, Kristen to have her open the items. Read moreWow. I spent one whole year. A WHOLE YEAR following up with the pottery barn customer service team to get an item (toddler bed conversion kit) delivered for my child’s crib. I had to proactively call their team over 20 times month after month trying to uncover what logistical errors in their system were preventing my order from arriving. If I hadn’t followed up so diligently, the business would’ve taken my money without delivering the product. Once the item was FINALLY in transit, I spoke to at least two agents who told me to follow up once it was delivered because I was owed compensation for the experience (of course this required me to call back ANOTHER time). After a final HOUR on the phone today, they issued a store credit LESS THAN $50.

With every question we asked she seemed incredibly annoyed and as though she had no interest in helping.
