By far, my favorite shops to find women's clothing! I've gone to BHWM for years. I would have ranked it a 5 Star, but within the last year or two the sizes have become random. Previously, I could walk in a store or go online, select my size and be guaranteed a perfect fit, not so anymore. Recently, my pants size has gone down and my jacket/blazer size up, although my size and the items in my closet are all the same size. That tells me the clothes are not being made from a single or same source as previously purchased items. Still it remains my favorite place to shop. Woodbury is #1, top notch in customer service, Dana, was the 1st store manager I met years ago, now I've met JoAnn (sp?), another amazing, outgoing person. Rosedale is #2, just as helpful with more staff turnover and Mall of America is #3, typically really busy, very helpful, but they don't always have time to provide the level of customer service the other two locations can and that's part of being located in one of the busiest malls in the country. This group of so called sales associates are the most unprofessional women I have ever seen. I'm from Denver Colorado visiting nm and I happen to come browse at whbm uptown store while my husband was at the apple store. I witnessed a customer trying to return an item which had tags and was in new condition but she didn't have her receipt. The manager refused to accept the return because she didn't have the receipt. The customer explained that she bought the item with her credit card and asked the manager to look it up that way. The manager still refused. Then I notice security had been called. I was like what the heck. This poor customer did not do anything wrong to deserve to be humiliated in this manner. I was appalled! I have never in my life seen anything so darn unprofessional! I even said something to the manager after this poor customer left. I will never shop in this store again here in Albuquerque nm. Thank god denver has higher standards in the people they employ at whbm to represent there store. So low class here in alb. The staff was awesome and helped me find several new outfits for a new job. They were extremely helpful and nice. However, I will not be returning to any WHBM due to the fact that after one wear and two wash (both times washing inside out and hanging to dry) one of the sweaters lost a button (and didn't come with an extra), I tried to return for store credit and was told their policy is only unwashed unworn. So, we paid $50 for a sweater that we thought was good quality only to now have to alter it and spend more money and find a matching button. I will say the other shirts have held up, they don't have any buttons, but this company obviously does not stand behind their product therefore we just can't continue to support them, there's plenty of good quality places that will stand behind...
