Typically when I go here the service is very friendly. The last time I went here it was not friendly. It was a busy day, and I understand in customer service it can get hectic, but you still have to be nice to your customers. The coffee is good, but after someone gives me attitude I will never come back. There was a long line because of the customers coming over from Amtrak. I warned her I had 4 coffees I needed to order. Iâm not from Minot so I am not familiar with the train schedule. The lady said âWednesdays are never a good day because the train is very busy.â Now, I already felt like an inconvenience. She never said âsorry about the waitâ or âSorry Wednesdays are busyâ She was very rude. When I ordered the special I was describing it to her what I was ordering and she proceeded to say, âI know what it is.â In the rudest tone ever. I work in customer service, and I know busy. Was taking the Empire Builder train, Minot is a service and fuel stop so had a bit of time to run across the street to grab a beverage. Selection is good and prices were more than reasonable. A very nice small business, got my drink (which tasted great) and was on my way in no time!
