Kohl's — Local services in Minot

I love shopping at Kohls but this store is by far my absolute favorite! I travel on the road for a living and I always check out the Kohls in whatever state I'm in. The staff here was simply amazing! From the moment I first entered to the last detail of my transaction, every employee was just so very kind and helpful. When I first entered, I was looking for Adidas clothing in youth size and 2 young male employees, Jodecei and another young male(sorry, I can't remember your name!) Stopped what they were doing and assisted me to find what I was looking for specifically, they were just so polite, they even called someone else to find out when the next delivery was going to be incase it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, this kind of customer service really doesn't happen too often! The young gentleman who completed my transaction was very helpful as well, I wish I could remember there names because everyone really went above and beyond than just the regular customer service thats to be expected. I sincerely do NOT recommend shopping here. Kohl's is a CLOTHES store, and guess what you can't do? Try on any clothes! Apparently kohl's is so worried about covid, that they made it impossible for you to try anything on by closing ALL of their changing rooms. As a 6'2 man, it's already hard enough as it is to find any clothes that fit, and closing changing rooms has just made it practically impossible. If you really want to shop at kohl's, you'll have to be prepared to drive home and try your clothes on, if they don't fit? Drive all the way back and repeat that process until you've found the right size. It’s expensive. I found a lot of similar clothes in Walmart and jcpenney with reasonable prices and better quality. The clothes here in kohl’s are designed differently in shape and sizes. Especially the blouses 👚 and dresses. I buy small-medium sizes at other stores with good frame clothing that makes me look good. Here I tried on the small-medium that were waaay to tight. I though it was just me feeling insecure if I gained weight. Till I find out the return line is longer than the check out line. I guess I’m not only one who’s clothes did not...
