Used to love going here. Been coming here for almost a year. But just stuff hasn't been going the same. One employee is awesome and helpful. Another is the opposite. New person seems cool. But tried to return a product that wasn't open with the receipt. Got told since nothing is wrong with it, they can't do anything. But no where on the receipt does it say it needs to have something wrong. If that's the case, put it in it. Hopefully they had that. It'll be some time before I give them another try.

This is the best tobacco/vape n etc....store EVER!!! Everyone that works in this store is awesome n always super helpful 😀! It doesn't matter if I buy something or if I have a question about my vape if it's not working right they always have helped me out..I didn't even know for the longest time that they were here in the little plaza right along side starbucks!! Nice hidden gem 💎! I couldn't b ever so happier oh but they made me even happier when I got to my car n opened up my bag n discovered that they put a surprise goody bag w my purchased items!! How awesome n I NEVER win anything or get things like that! Good looking out for the little people!! Great job everyone!!! Ya'll r definitely...

BEST TOBACCO SHOP EVER!!!! I’ve been here a couple times, and the vibe is always great, so I was already set on this being my regular shop. Well a random Saturday, I walk in to grab a couple vapes, and apparently they were doing a little event with giveaways, food, and free grab bags. I make my purchase and get a bag and tickets. I go home, peak in the bag which was loaded with good stuff, and about an hour later I get a call saying that I won their $500 gift card. TL;DR this is the greatest tobacco shop I’ve ever been to and the manager and workers are amazing. Most awesome experience I’ve ever had just grabbing a vape. Just left Wild Bills Tobacco on Main St. in Mishawaka. Charles and Ashley were so helpful and kind. I came in with a few questions and I was pleasantly surprised and quite impressed with the extensive knowledge that they had about their products. I also inquired about Indiana law regarding Tobacco and Vaping, They knew the laws, and regulations off hand. They took time out and explained them to me. They spent every second making sure I was satisfied with my product and had exactly what I needed. Also, at my cash out they made sure to explain their return policy and what it covered.
