We have been going to Sonic for some time. Over the course of a month and a half, we have been to Mishawaka location at least twice a week (which can be validated with charges on our bank account). We always get the same general items. We returned this past Tuesday. I ordered our usual, two "large" Sonic Blasts, with M&M's and Reese's Cups. The lady on the other end of the speaker said they do not have a large size for the Sonic Blast, and they only have a medium and small. I said that wasn't true and I was looking at it on the menu board and named off. the sizes and the prices. The large was $7 and some change. She said no they don't, and I wasn't reading it correctly. I said fine and maybe I misread it. I pulled up to the window after waiting a while, due to the long line. It is not uncommon for this place to be relatively slow at getting orders out. I gave the lady my card and waited for my order and card. The window opened and they gave me the blasts and then my card. The receipt said $17.29 for TWO blasts, which was for the large size, but they gave them to me in a medium cup. The mediums are around $5 and some change. Then I got some excuse how they don't even have large cups anymore. I said I had just been there a few days ago and got larges for that price. I was told I was wrong. I told the lady I wasn't wrong and that I could prove it. Then she said they just changed it in the past two and a half weeks. I again said that wasn't true and she started getting loud with me. At that time, I could plainly hear another employee loudly say and I quote...Jesus Christ just pull away already. This is NOT excusable! The lady then tried to explain that the owner changed the menu, and the medium cost had gone up and the menu would be changed. I said how is the medium going to be the same price as the large. She said the others shouldn't have been giving us large ones for the past three weeks. I tried to explain that wasn't right and very misleading and they were cheating customers. She said it wasn't them it was the owners, and another girl said you got your ice cream just go away and then shut the window. I will be telling everyone the horrible service we received and how they had up charged me and lied about it and tried to make it look like I was the bad person, and that the owner was to blame. For the price of $17.29 for two medium blasts, we will gladly give our money to some other place.

Read moreI spent $31 for three people. It was the worst meal I have. I ordered the 5 piece chicken dinner basket. The chicken was so overdone that I couldn't eat any of the ends. And by ends I mean I only got to eat about a third of each piece. Also the tater tots were so overdone that when I bit them they nearly disintegrated in my mouth and it was nothing left in the center. I had to throw the majority of them away. One of the other people's meals tater tots were not bad so they're clearly was a situation where they overcooked my food. Now here's the situation as well when we went to order we pulled up and pushed the red button and waited. Kept saying they were going to be there. Finally it deactivated I pushed the red button again it deactivated again so I pushed the button a third time and then some sort of a calculator or something to push in like a code came up on the screen. At this time I was ready to leave and actually I would have been ready to leave quite a while ago but I had one other adult in the car which was no big deal but I had a child that was really looking forward to Sonic. So we waited in the Drive-Thru at this time. This was a little bit of a wait as well. I had taken my mother to the doctor we left the office just a couple minutes after 5:00 it was right down the street by the time we got our meal we were more than 45 minutes to get a Sonic meal. And mine wasn't worth eating. The others were decent but nothing to Rave about and definitely not worth a total of $31. And I have no desire to ever go back to...
Read moreI couldn't possibly be more upset with this location. On 4/18/2021 I made an online purchase for $26.92 around 10pm (keep in mind google says they stay open until 11pm and then they only do online orders until 12pm) so it took 7 minutes to get there and I signed in and said I was there at my booth number and everything seemed fine as the screen instructions said they were making my food. About 30 minutes later the screen finally said they were coming out with my order and nobody came. While I was waiting I kept pushing the red button for assistance because I wanted to add an additional drink to my order but nobody answered or came out. All the while 4 other vehicles pulled up, got their orders and left. Finally after about 50 minutes (it was 11:40 now) someone came out and said they were closed. I was baffled and said they took my order, the screen said they made it AND that they already took my money. The lady said she would talk to her manager instead of them coming and dealing with me directly and he said their online ordering must have messed up and I was basically out of luck and they couldn't do anything for me so I had to go online and try to get my money back through the website (which so far I haven't gotten my money back).
