Review of Outback Steakhouse
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Our servers, Garret and Emily, truly went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. Their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel right at home, and they were always on hand to offer recommendations and make sure we had everything we needed.
Now, let’s talk about the food! We started our meal with the Bloomin' Onion, which was simply to die for! We couldn’t get enough of its crispy, flavorful goodness. It was the perfect appetizer to set the stage for the deliciousness that followed.
For our main course, we ordered the steak, salad, and potato, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of spectacular. The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy and tender, with flavors that rivaled those of a $500 steakhouse. Each bite was a delicious reminder of why this place is so beloved. The salad was fresh and crisp, complementing the steak beautifully.
And that potato? Wow! It was absolutely amazing—fluffy, flavorful, and the perfect side to our meal. It’s clear that every dish is crafted with care and precision.
To wash it all down, we enjoyed some margaritas, which were out of this world! The spicy margarita was one of my favorites—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of kick. It paired perfectly with our meal and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening.
Overall, my experience at Outback Steakhouse was nothing short of remarkable, and I can’t wait to return. If you're looking for top-quality food and exceptional service, look no further than this gem. Thank you, Garret and Emily, for making our evening so special. I’m already looking forward to...
Read moreLet me start off by saying, Outback Steakhouse and all Bloomin Brands owned chains are usually incredible, and have great food, and absolutely impeccable service. This location, like a few others however, disappointed me so bad, that I had to unfortunately write a one star review just because of a phone call with the manager. The proprietor here, Mike, was, so to say, astronomically rude and impatient. I had a question regarding another location, and the whole time, his attitude was HORRID, and he just seemed impatient the entire time. I have full respect for him, as a former member of the U.S. military, serving our country, but just the way he spoke and his attitude was just absolutely horrible. To make things EVEN WORSE, he literally (maybe pretended to) proceeded to “take in another call”, when he said “Outback Steakhouse this is Mike how can I help you”, with me still on the line. I am almost 100% sure that was just a silly excuse to get me off the phone, because I know for a fact that you have to disconnect the previous call(s), before you pick up the next, and randomly hanging up when someone was still on the line is absolutely disgraceful. Like hanging up randomly is already horrible, but taking in, or pretending to take in another call while another customer is still on the line, is taking disrespectful, obnoxious, and absolutely disgusting behavior to the next level. Again, I absolutely love outback as a chain, and I hate blasting locations. Absolutely NO OFFENSE to ANY OTHER locations or managers. I don’t even blame the staff at the restaurant, since I’m sure that all the other staff are great here, but the proprietor is here something else, at least on the phone, so much so that I had to write this review. Service wise is 2 stars ONLY BECAUSE the staff member Jack was friendly...
Read moreOutback used to be one of our favorite restaurants. My wife and I would eat there regularly and up until now never had a bad meal. Today was such a disappointment. I ordered a mixed drink and both me and my wife agreed they must have forgotten to add the alcohol. Basically is was an $8.00 glass of fruit punch served in a mini-mason jar. So after a few sips that one was gone and I foolishly ordered a second one to see if this time they remembered to add the alcohol. Nope. Just juice. The side salads used to be large. Today they brought a mini-version of what they used to serve. But no sweat, I come here for the steak. I order the 22oz. porterhouse steak cooked medium. I love the seasonings that they use as well as the grilled flavor. Not today. The steak was undercooked and it was noticeably thinner than usual. Instead of that dark brown grilled appearance it looked like it was fried and tasted like they forgot to add any seasonings. Heck, even the baked potato was half the size than it used to be. I have never left Outback still feeling hungry before, but not this time. I asked the waiter if they were changing things and he confirmed that since Outback was taken over by a corporation the quality has been degraded and many customers have expressed their complaints. What a shame. I am sure their corporate earnings will soar in the beginning making some business graduate look good. But soon the loyal customers will realize the changes and Outback will go the way of the Tasmanian...
